Unfortunately this was all an after thought, the photos were taken after I fixed everything.The bent stud ball was under the boot here. The loose bolt was under the left sided cap on the far end of the joystick here.

I realize the 86 series levers are not as handy for that as the 66, and you already got the joystick. (I personally would rather use the existing levers than have the mess and intrusion of the joystick in the cab).
